Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

How to Start a Return
1. Email kuisinecutlery@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product in its original condition and packaging
2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status
