Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
Used, damaged, or improperly packaged items may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the receipt
- KuisineMall is not responsible for returns lost in transit
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
- Keep all original packaging and materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kuisinecutlery@gmail.com
We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
How to Start a Return
1. Email kuisinecutlery@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product in its original condition and packaging
2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status
Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior approval will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Once our warehouse receives and confirms the return, your refund will be processed within 2 business days
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
