What if my knife gets rusty?
 It can be removed with detergent and a sponge. Another method is to soak the blade in vinegar for at least five minutes and then use a sponge to remove the rust. To prevent the kitchen knife from rusting, the following measures can be taken: Firstly, try to avoid leaving the kitchen knife idle for a long time. If it needs to be placed for a period, you can apply a layer of cooking oil on the surface of the knife to insulate it from the air and prevent rusting. Moreover, cleaning and thorough drying the knife after use are also important anti-rust measures.

This depends on the knife series. But we use high-quality food-safe polymers, walnut wood, African blackwood, or high-alloy steel.
